Minimum Requirements (Professional Diploma Programs)
High School graduation, equivalent, or mature student (age 24+)
Excellent English communication, writing, and reading skills
Character references (preferably work, but not necessarily food related)
Solid math skills

Admission interview with one of NWCAV’s owners
