At NWCAV we have several options for the passionate home cook, from regularly scheduled culinary and pastry non-professional programs, Private Parties and Corporate Team-Building events to Advanced Classes offered periodically throughout the year.  All scheduled upcoming classes can be found on our amateur calendar.
