Everything! I learned so much about food, health, cooking of which I knew very little at the beginning of the program. |

| Where are you working now? |
I currently own my own catering business (Fresh Fix Catering). I am the head chef and the only full-time employee. I hope to expand and hire employees. My business is only 6 months old, but doing well! |

| What are your long term goals? |
To work full-time on my business and expand into a team of 10 full and part-time workers. I desire for my company to produce fresh, healthy, and alternative meal options with the best quality and efficiency. Professional service is a major part of the catering industry and it is a goal of Fresh Fix Catering to provide excellent service, skills, and management. |
