| What did the NWCAV experience mean to you? |
The experience I had at the school was one of the most important thing on my formation as a chef. The training I got allowed me to learn all the principles I need to succeed in a kitchen enviroment. |

| Where are you working now? |
I'm working in Limoncillo restaurant. I'm waiting for my Canadian resident papers; so while i wait, i work as a line cook. |

| What are your long term goals? |
I'm planning to go back to Vancouver next year and keep working in the food industry; to get more experience I wat one day to have my own business so I need to work hard to accomplish that. |
