| What did the NWCAV experience mean to you? |
Going to NWCAV has done two things for me. First, it solidified my vision of where I can be as a cook and a small business owner. And secondly, and more importantly, it has changed me as a person. It made it "ok" to not succeed all the time - which is often difficult for adult learners. |

| Where are you working now? |
Practicum at Raincity Grill |

| What are your long term goals? |
My ultimate goal is to get into catering - especially smaller "kitchen parties" with a more interactive focus. |

| Information you would like to share with prospective NWCAV students |
The best thing about NWCAV is that regardless of your skill level you will get something out of the program. For those worried about taking time out of their lives, the program is compact, concises, and very intensive - and this is all a good thing! |
