What did the NWCAV experience mean to you? NWCAV gave me a strong foundation, confidence in my skills and techniques and a unique learning environment where I felt very valued as an individual.

Where are you working now? Parkside Restaurant, Squamish. Xocolatl, Squamish. Treeplanting camp cook (Summer 2008).

What are your long term goals? My next goal is to work in a more fine dining environment to gain greater exposure to various techniques, to hone my skills and to continue to be inspired by other cooks.
