NWCAV gave me a strong foundation, confidence in my skills and techniques and a unique learning environment where I felt very valued as an individual. |

| What are your long term goals? |
My next goal is to work in a more fine dining environment to gain greater exposure to various techniques, to hone my skills and to continue to be inspired by other cooks. |
