After many years of selling the world's greatest and nearly great wines, I was compelled to gain a greater understanding of fine dining. I arrived at NWCAV hoping to fill in my knowledge gap. Through the superior instruction and the well focused lesson plan, my need/desire has been expertly achieved! |
