| What did the NWCAV experience mean to you? |
A MUST for anyone that cares for himself, for me it is part of a life experience that just put together all the bases to follow up a healthy and interesting way of life. The time at the school gave me confidence and direction to continue cooking for me, my family and all those that are around. |
|
| Where are you working now? |
I am looking for a job in the Olympic Committee for Vancouver 2010, that is my personal interest for now. Maybe later on in my life I will open a site where cooking will be involved. |
|
| What are your long term goals? |
Keep learning specific cuisines and train as much as I can to understand the ingredients around the world. Give to my food a unique twist to be shared with the ones at the table. |
|
| Information you would like to share with prospective NWCAV students |
The school will give you all the basics and promote continuous learning in the field; in a camaraderie that is enjoyable and full of new targets to perform. Just the place to get close to food, people and international development! |
