Chef Tim will be cooking a new batch of Bread recipes this fall.   Join us for this 2 day class and learn new  techniques and the following bread recipes.

- Panne Cassercio Country Italian Bread
- Scandinavian Rye Bread
- Scottish Baps
- Raisin Bread
- Pretzels
- Whole Wheat Toast Bread

Date: November 14 & 15

Time: 9am – 2pm both days

Cost: $280 + gst

Bring: Chef’s knife, paring knife, two tea towels, pastry scraper, bread loaf pan, comfortable shoes, bib apron, hair elastic for long hair
