* Note there will be no class February 17 and 24 due to the Olympics

Time: 6:15 – 9:45 pm

Cost: $695 + GST.

Bring: Chef’s knife, paring knife, pastry scraper, 2 tea towels, closed-toe/flat-heeled shoes, hair elastic (for long hair).
