Interested in your Food? So are we. Farm fish versus wild, organic versus non, BSE.....the Academy is committed to becoming a forum of shared information. Attend one of our sessions with leading authorities on these subject and others. These sessions are either free or with a low cover charge and are part of our services to the culinarian and city at large. |
