At NWCAV we have Culinary classes for every individual. There is something for everyone!
After a brief introduction, your Chef will demonstrate the techniques and dishes. You will then, in our professionally equipped kitchen, be grouped into teams. The teams are assisted by our Professional Culinary students. Of course, your group gets to eat what they prepare!

A souvenir Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver apron may be purchased for $25 on the day of the class.
