These relaxed and informal culinary classes are a fantastic way to enjoy your evening with friends, family or co-workers, while learning how to prepare a fine dining 3 course meal. Put together a friendly food competition by creating your own food jeopardy or best dish.

Appetizers:
Salmon “parfait” with avocado, sour cream and cucumber tian.
Moules mariniere, steamed mussels with white wine, parsley and cream.
Warm goat’s cheese and pistachio salad, with pear and verjus vinaigrette.
Warm Nicoise salad with ahi tuna
2nd Course
Main Courses:
Chicken Tagine with figs and almonds, couscous
Salmon escalope on a bean and chorizo ragout
Beef tenderloin with bordelaise sauce and vegetables “en papilotte”
Chicken saltimbocca, with gnocchi, and seasonal vegetables
Rack of lamb Provencal with ratatouille and scallop potatoes
3rd Course
Desserts:
Old fashion chocolate mousse with cherries in Brandy
Autumn fruit pie with crumble topping
Fruit mousse cake
Rosemary infused crème brulée
You have a choice of one dish from each course. After a brief introduction, your Chef will demonstrate the techniques and dishes for the evening. You will then, in our professionally equipped kitchen, be grouped into teams. The teams are assisted by our Professional Culinary students. Of course, your group gets to eat what they prepare!
