You’ll learn essential techniques like kneading, shaping, and proofing while being introduced to a variety of breads, from rustic sourdough and hearty whole wheat to fluffy brioche and crispy ciabatta. Whether you dream of baking fresh bagels for breakfast or perfecting a golden focaccia, this course will give you the skills and confidence to make it happen. No experience? No problem! Just bring your passion for great bread, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Basic light whole wheat bread

  • Focaccia

  • bagels

  • light german rye

  • brioche

  • whole wheat hamburger buns

  • rye beer rolls

  • multi-grain and seed bread

  • cinnamon buns

  • sourdough

  • soft rolls

All tuitions include curriculum binder, apron, 3 towels, Northwest textbook

FAQ: Course is open to teens if accompanied by an adult (if they wish to take course on their own they must first go through an interview process).
