Pastry Boot Camp

Students will learn to make the following during the week of Pastry Boot Camp*:

  • Crème Patissiere

  • Various Pastry doughs:

  • Pate Brisee

  • Pate Sucree

  • Fresh Fruit Tartlets

  • Quiche

  • Savoury Galette

  • Pita Bread

  • Sandwich Rolls

  • Sourdough Pizza Dough / Pizza

  • Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Crumble Cookie Bars

  • Muffins

  • croissant dough (Pain au Raisin & Pain au Chocolat)

  • No Bake Cheesecake

  • Lemon Loaf Cake

  • Berry Frangipane Cake

  • Chocolate Cake
