Sourdough is such a unique and satisfying style of bread, signified by a crisp brown crust, perfectly chewy crumb, and of course, that lightly tangy flavour. In our course, you’ll learn how to make a beautiful artisanal loaf from start to finish. We’ll also teach you how to make sourdough pitas, crackers, and more. 

Join us and learn about the art and science behind natural yeast and fermentation so you can bake marvellous bread of your own.
