  • Aloo Gobi – Potatoes and cauliflower with Indian spices.

  • Lamb Vindaloo – A spicy, tangy curry with tender lamb.

  • Roti – Fresh, soft flatbread made from whole-wheat flour.

  • Vegetable Pakoras with Tamarind Sauce – Crispy vegetable fritters with a sweet and tangy dipping sauce.

  • Mango Lassi – A cool, creamy yogurt drink blended with mango.
