In this Taste of Peru class, you’ll learn how fresh ingredients, vibrant chilies, and classic techniques come together to create dishes that are both elegant and deeply satisfying.

You’ll cook and enjoy these traditional Peruvian dishes:

  • Scallop Ceviche with Plantain Chips – Fresh scallops cured in citrus, balanced with heat and brightness, served with crispy plantain chips.

  • Causa – A layered yellow chili–seasoned potato casserole filled with tender chicken and rich, creamy flavors.

  • Papas a la Huancaína – A classic Peruvian potato salad with a smooth, slightly spicy cheese sauce.

Our instructor will guide you step-by-step, making the class approachable and enjoyable for all skill levels. You’ll get to enjoy everything you make and take home the recipes so you can recreate these dishes anytime.
