Taste of Vietnam – One-Day Cooking Class

Spend the day with us as we cook and share some of our favorite Vietnamese dishes! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make classics like fragrant Pho, crispy Banh Xeo (savory crepes), and Chao Tom (pork and prawn skewers). We’ll also prepare Smoked Tofu & Mango Salad Rolls with a rich Peanut Sauce, along with two flavorful dipping sauces—Nuoc Cham (fish sauce) and Nuoc Mam Ngo (cilantro dip).
