We’re doing a 6-course best of Asia fine dining menu pop-up dinner.

We are always asking our students to challenge themselves and flex their creative muscle. So building on the creativity shown in their Food Truck midterm, the students will be stepping it up with a 6-course menu. The evening will feature dishes from the following countries.

• MIDDLE EAST

• VIETNAM
